Anchor Bay Technologies, Inc., (ABT), headquartered in Campbell, CA, is holding an online auction to benefit the Outreach Africa initiatives.

Each month, ABT will put one of its award-winning products up for auction and donate the proceeds to a worthy cause. This month’s charity is Outreach Africa, a non-profit organization working to improve the lives of the people of Tanzania, East Africa, through education and the development of local businesses, helping people to become healthier, and self-sufficient.

This is the inaugural posting for the “ABT charity auction”. We see this as a way of giving back to our community”, said Gary M. Chappell, Sr. Director, Worldwide Sales and Marketing for DVDO Systems Products. “The Outreach Africa organization allows us to extend our “community” giving program, by reaching out to another needy part of the world”.

The product up for bid is the ABT, DVDO®, iScan™ VP30. The iScan VP30 is a high-definition video processor and hub for Home Theater. To participate in the auction, go to www.dvdo.com/charityauction/
